At Wellbots, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-tech purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were originally included with the product.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the device to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
